The European Development Days was an occasion for “Go Think Initiative” to interview Farah Ali Ghodsinia, President of the 10th National Youth Parliament of the Philippines, Youth Activist.

Farah said:

“Sadly, the conflict back in my hometown is still ongoing. Reports still show airstrikes being launched, and bombs dropping.
We have already carried initial relief aid towards those families in evacuation centers… But! I know that this is not enough. This is temporary aid. Lasting solutions need to be implemented in a systemic manner. But I understand this will not happen too unless the terror/rebel groups surrender.
I know this is a sad update, but it is what it is. Hopefully this conflict will not drag on and we can get back to the negotiating table and the peace talks.”
